Instructions: Select the bandwidth you would like to utilize.  Consider the following:

Low Bandwidth: Designed for 28-56k modem connections. The picture isn't great, but the audio is fine.  Keep the screen size small.

Medium Bandwidth: Designed for DSL type connections.  The picture is more clear; the audio is fine.

High Bandwidth: Designed for Broadband connections.  The picture is quite clear; the audio is fine.

Note: If your connection is too slow, you might consider right-clicking on the low or medium bandwith and saving it to your hard drive before playing it.
